Pros

I can't think of anything pro about this place. Very unpleasant environment. Poisonous environment. Bullying employees is managements favorite thing to do due to their lack of self confidence.

Cons

Nepotism at its finest played by A-team. Jobs offered to unqualified candidates. Way under paid. Only follow policies they want to, a reason for all the law suits against them.

Pros

Team support amongst other managers. Trainings are frequent although it takes you away from your already overloaded schedule so then you get further behind.

Cons

Complete confusion on who you report to and listen to. Physicians think they are the boss but they are actually employees! The market ops managers won't get in the middle of it and set the physicians straight so chaos ensues! So overloaded with duties that most of the PM's have to work from home almost every night and weekend. Training available but typically done by other practice managers and not corporate trainers, which creates inconsistency in procedures. Deadlines are unreasonable due to task volume.

Very engaged senior leadership team, evolving company with strong strategic vision. Willing to take calculated risks. The company is in the sweet spot of healthcare reform and is well-positioned to capitalize on new changes in health care.

Cons

Senior management is undisciplined and plays petty politics. It's important to curry favor quickly, and try to hold on to it daily. It's very cut-throat. The work office environment is smaller than a cube. Our desks are long tables with small drawers.
