Pros
This company is definitely a good company to gain experience with that start up feel. Spacious from 7/NEO to ACC to 5NEO with interesting employee engagements from L&D training to wellness seminars. Good pay with great allowance package. The CEO listened with the hybrid setup concerns.
Cons
Lack of BCP with regards to the workload. The workload is heavy as it is and when someone resigns, usually the whole team/subworkstream is affected due to having only one to two headcounts supporting that market. There's also no standard process, different tools per team, different processes every few months, different approvals for certain scenarios which gets bog down to lengthy email threads. The leadership is mostly to blame, with their lack of planning which is ironic since they attend meetings a lot.
