      Watch Your Back - HR is there to support Management NOT the Employee

      Issues taken to HR - They support management NOT the employee, and Departmental Directors and Executives often have their own agenda such as reducing budgets by reducing staff of good workers.

      This place is a total churn and burn bad place to work. All paper based and unobtainable deadlines. About 50% turnover rate and had new employees starting every week from the constant quitting and new temp hires. Management treats you like a dog and has no respect for any work you do. Avoid this place at all costs! This company is well known in the area from all the recruiters as the Turnover machine. Do not waste your time here! I have been here almost 3 hears with 3 different bosses, previous 2 quit. 2 different senior directors who had quit. AVOID

      Competitive pay...and that's about it.

      Cons

      Terrible leadership from "Home Office" (just call it Corporate or HQ...please don't insult employees by trying to put lipstick on a pig). HR is abysmal - little to no focus on improving the culture, more worried about taking care of themselves and the big wigs. TItle is everything; effort is not valued.
