Pros
The money was pretty decent and I couldn't complain too much about it I liked some of the people who worked there as they were either trying to get their foot in the door for software engineering or needed a stable full-time position Interview process was simple and straightforward
Cons
Some employees used verbal hostility and toxicity towards other employees Hours were from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, which was very limiting for me as I wasn't able to do much outside of work until the weekend Needed to be working for the company for at least 6 months to be able to WFH for 1 day of the week Had employees still working in office during construction (my shirt got caught in a door nail and ended up slightly ripped) Constantly had me and other employees switching rooms to work in Work training took about 2 hours and then they have you hit the ground running Very little documentation on how certain applications worked Low employee retention rate as people constantly left, myself included, for better opportunities
