Great team to work with, good communication between team members, support and guidance for entry level developer and junior developer, support and guidance on duties and responsibilities every day.

Cons

As a company they need to work on retention plan and growth careers for mid/senior developers.

Low bar of entry. Easy software workflows

Cons

No agile/scrum development cycles/planning, release cycles are poor. Environment can get hostile pretty fast between clients and employees. No promotional opportunity No cycled performance reviews/opportunities for raises Pay is far below average (switching companies netted 40k above in same area from 50k) Many reasons for poor retention (see a new face every few weeks, training them so often can get tedious as you’re trying to finish your current stack of items before a build goes out) Technology is antiquated and no opportunities to learn new tech stacks (VB.NET/ASP.NET web forms only).
