Pros

Few at this point. If you are a member of a good team with skilled co-workers that would be about it.

Cons

To put it simply, I 100% agree with the other poor reviews posted around March 2023. - Apollo ownership transition has been bad, as expected. - Forced return to office, no exceptions. No actual communication on this of any kind other than a game of telephone down from the CEO, eventually through your manager, and then to you. They are spending time checking if you've badged into the office and having HR blast emails out to managers if you are not there three days a week, even on a week with a holiday day. You may not even have anyone from your team at your office to collaborate with, doesn't matter, be there anyways and enjoy being distracted by everyone else's calls around you all day long. - Due to the multiple acquisitions Federal-Mogul, and now Tenneco, have gone through in the last 5 years there is absolutely no direction. Teams have lost people due to layoffs, or general attrition, with almost no replacements. You find yourself coming up with projects you'd like to engage the business on to find actual improvements but you don't have the personnel or time to investigate. You spend most of your time just keeping things running and only thinking about the things that would be cool to do if you had the time, resources, and any direction at all. - CEO's first townhall was just a bunch of feel-good please don't panic stuff, none of which he's kept.
