Our former executives TRUSTED us to work literally work wherever we wanted to work. Apollo kicked all of our executives out (after being told our executives would remain the same) and reneged on the Work Agile program that we all loved. In an economy with 10% inflation, these new executives decided that we don’t need our merit increases for another three months, and at the same time are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars to fly the new execs to plants all over the world for photo ops. 30 year SAP systems (like 100 of them!) Shoestring budgets The worst IT team I’ve ever encountered Barebones staff New, but constant threat of layoffs NO diversity among executive ranks. One token female they fired someone else to hire, and a bunch of old non-diverse boomers Very little opportunity for advancement New execs have buyers remorse and treat employees like garbage. Exec leadership decided who is eligible for promotions during talent review. Not a “high-po?” No promotion for you! You are a “high-po?” Promotions every year with no additional responsibilities, or minimal new responsibilities for appearances sake.
