Extreme lack of integrity from the top down. Are not transparent about actual schedule vs. "advertised" schedule- was told Mon-Thur for schedule with occasional Fridays, actual schedule is Mon-Friday with frequent Saturdays. Refuse to fix issues that cause down-time or problems that hinder employee's ability to perform job tasks efficiently. Upper management only looks at "numbers" instead of looking at causes and fixing issues resulting in lost profit. Retention is atrocious for several reasons.
