      Pros

      Employees at the site were some of the most courteous, hard working and wanted to add value and help the site succeed which in turn made the job a lot better for everyone.

      Cons

      The Federal Mogul transition was a nightmare and Tenneco seemed like it just couldn't figure it out and was trying different ideas before they were then acquired.

      Decent 'interesting' work There are some nice and talented people

      Cons

      Be careful if you're a contract, these people will make you feel you are not part of tenneco even though you're working on the same project and sitting right next to your 'teammates' It was ugly to watch how some american employees don't like foreigners You will either be let go or leave of frustration at some point. Really poor management in North America Old mindset, they prefer to maintain old technologies instead of pushing for newer ones.
