      Positives and negatives, this place definitely has both.

      Pros

      The Union is good, the management is fair to good. Healthcare is 90-10 Overtime is usually available.

      Cons

      Management tends to make their problems the employees problems. You have to be proactive or you will be on the list of people to let go. Healthcare bargains up to 10% off your bill. $1800 deductible. The Union doesn’t have as strong a grip on the site as they used to, and management is quick to use those loop holes to their best ability.

      Pros

      Great colleagues and supportive manager. Everyday there was a new challenge and I learned a lot during my time there.

      Cons

      Engagement and cultural issues in Corporate. But, hopeful that things will improve in transition to DRiV.
