      Due to the competitive market in automotive, they are many times short staffed and challenged to bring in buyers to the location leaving the department at times understaffed

      Pros

      Drive to grow and succeed is high. Diversification of customer base is good move looking to future economic state. Proven record of steady growth along with keeping debt under control has boosted stock price.

      Cons

      Becoming top heavy - particularly with former JCI hires. Expectations on work-life balance are unreasonable. Growth plans are not backed by clear plan for human resources, plant floor space, engineering capabilities, etc. Reliance on diesel technologies is too high. No clear long term plan for the reduction in internal combustion engine sales certain to be on the way.
