Cons

- Poor leadership communication - Lack of top down leadership vision and direction - Employees don’t take ownership and do not produce quality results - Extremely demanding work environment and no work life balance or flexibility - I average 55 hours per week in the office. You will burn out quickly and leadership doesn’t care - Poor culture, deficient and defective processes and systems - Overall organization engagement is extremely low with high turnover - No development investment or opportunities - Leadership is dishonest and doesn’t follow through - Leadership doesn’t respect good thought leaders and does not appreciate or accept a diversity of thinking or talent - No company or people strategy - The stock price continues to plummet $55 per share a year ago under $10 as of today
