      Pros

      Somewhat decent insurance,easy jobs Brian is trying to bring it back to it's glory a long road ahead

      Cons

      No more gain share, management uninterested,good ol boy system they already have someone picked out for the job before it's posted. Don't recognize team members for their job. Even though you have spec for the parts it's not followed most of the time their told to pass the part anyway. Rules are for some and not others
