      Pros

      Great for consultants looking for long term contracts

      Cons

      Loyalty towards employees is no longer available. Insurance is middle of the road. Work long hours for same pay. Very lean where it is hard to take vacation or person leaves to not pass along information. Bonus potential percentage gets minimal every year, but senior management has no problem on taking care of themselves. Values are never met.

      Good compensation, Empowerment, autonomy, nice office

      Cons

      Have been replacing senior management over the last few years. New management team is made up of automatons who do not know business but believe they more than the rank and file. Employees have no confidence in the strategy of teh CEO. Long hours.
