      Industry leader for products, not for workers

      Pros

      They are industry leaders as far as products go. Top of the line in engineering, R&D and Testing. A ton of different types of positions and places to grow. Interesting jobs.

      Cons

      They have grown so much that people get lost. Many bad workers get promoted, they do not value their work force. I Interned for 4 years and then was hired in as an entry level, spent 5 years there and saw little to no increase in pay. After confronting management I explained I only wanted what was fair and to be brought up to what the current entry level pay was for Engineering at the time. They delayed, so I left.
