Due to the competitive market in automotive, they are many times short staffed and challenged to bring in buyers to the location leaving the department at times understaffed

Good health insurance, best pay for people with little education, quarterly Incentives, unlimited overtime, job security

Cons

Extremely Hot in summer and vice versa in winter, very poor management and team leaders, usually will have mandatory overtime meaning no family time or personal rest days. Unpaid lunch break
