      Its good to work with tenneco because it is better organization worldwide for its product for emission control and ride control and have better workplace.

      Very competitive pay. advancement opportunities. Clean working atmosphere. World class company with a great future in automotive industry.

      not really many cons. a small turn over ratio. Can be a hot atmosphere in summer months. Its in the automotive industry so can be subject to great years and slower times.

      Employees Care about the product they make

      Insurance no good, Pay is below industry standard, no negation to salary, No Training (you're throw to the wolves) Communication worse I've ever seen. Upper management have no clue nor do they care to until it comes time to discipline at which time its all aboard.
