      Pros

      Design & Development team and seniors are very much supportive and provided opportunities to dig out information by your own and prefer for out of the box thinking which support your creativity mindset.

      Cons

      Co-ordination in between one to another department quite lacks. Also sometimes felt like very local cheap thinking by other departmental people. Never seen "One team - One goal" spirit in many of cross functional team members.
