      Pros

      Very rewarding for hard work, very appreciative of their employees, great benefits, great management staff. Overall wonderful company and had a wonderful experience

      Cons

      Need to have more room for growth and promotions. Monroe MI is very small, not somewhere I would want to stay for a long term

      A hectic lack of communication

      Pros

      They have great pay, its nearly impossible to get fired as long as you follow attendance policies, and its very laid back on certain shifts.

      Cons

      They have absolutely horrid communication, the company they contracted for plating at my location tended to scratch the parts, and then blame us. Management is very disconnected from the floor. also, Their overtime policy is a joke, they believe they own your time first, and everything else in your life is second, refuse to build up stock during the slow season so we don't have to come in for as much overtime during the busy season, and rarely keep all shifts fully staffed.
