Pros

Great pay for your work.

Cons

1. I will make you work hard. 2. Your personal life is not mine. Please keep your personal issues at home. 3. You will work a lot. 4. I cannot guarantee that you will get to use your vacation time when you request it anymore than I can predict the lotto numbers. 5. You will be expected to work hard everywhere I put you. Even if it's somewhere you don't like working. The machines not running good, to bad you need to still hit rate. Even if you were not trained properly. 6. You get paid when your shift starts so do not come in late or give me an excuse. Your an adult act like one. Excuses are for hr not our team. 7. You will work overtime a lot. I am not your friend and neither is the company. You will be required to work even if you had plans. Someone has a restriction, to bad you will have to pick up the slack with the rest of our team. 8. Hr is not your friend. They are there to protect the company and our customers interests. They are also not your therapist, please leave your issues at home unless you need a reference to company provided services. 9. Do not expect bonuses. They are just that. A bonus. They are not any more guaranteed than the price of gas staying under three dollars a gallon. 10. If you need something or have a question, please ask. We're not mind readers. We also have a lot to accomplish in a day so guessing what your issue is can really upset us and make us sound mean at times. Get it out and we will see if we have the time to help resolve the issue if it pertains to work. If it's anything else. Please refer to number 2 on this list.
