Pros

If you're looking for steady work, something that doesn't take much thought, or just need something to pay the bills - this is the one for you. However with the rising cost of everything and the fact that people flipping burgers earn about $1 less than you will - maybe find a job that doesn't require you to inhale rubber smoke for 8-10 hours 6 days a week. On the upside you can wear headphones at your press if you have a lot of podcasts to catch up on.

Cons

Right now, overtime is forced and it's not looking like that's going away any time soon. Supervisor level management is usually okay, but the higher ups are too busy looking at profits to take a look at employee quality of life. Also they've been bought out twice in a fairly small amount of time, so there's really not a lot of faith from the employees about how the company is going long-term.
