      Management lacks follow-through and doesn't promote talent, every two years new engineers come and go like clockwork.

      Pay is okay, they ask a lot out of you for what you’re being paid.

      Cons

      NO WORK LIFE BALANCE, tell you ALL OT is voluntary, then after your 90 days and sometimes even before that, you get tossed into the OT pool. People always quitting because management cares more about numbers than actually taking care of employees. Roof leaks so every time it rains, the floors are flooded, but they always say “if you see something unsafe, tell us we will fix it”.
