      Pros

      Teamwork atmosphere Always someone eager to help with questions & walking with you through something So many ways to grow here and there’s lots of internal ways to grow both personally and professionally.

      Cons

      Not a big fan of PTO accrual, but they also have sick/mental health days you can use from the get go.
