Pros

Great relationship with fellow employees. Cutting edge of big data. Loyal customer base. Opportunity for career growth Hiring more new grads all the time

Cons

RB commute from DT can be bad sometimes. Need to interview your hiring manager- there are a few who still embrace top-down old-school management and development philosophies.
