      Inconsistent Leadership, but Great Team Members

      Pros

      Great hiring brought about fantastic team members with loads of talent. Lots of employees demonstrate a willingness to step in as a team player in almost any project.

      Cons

      Pay ranges are far below market value, especially for a technology company. Inconsistent policies from management left the rest of us questioning the security of our jobs every 6-12 months.

      Pros

      A couple employees who actually know what they are doing and act in the interest of the customer (though most of those have left and some fear they will be laid off)

      Cons

      Many sales teams wait for the semi-annual floor sweeps, so efforts around selling analytics are useless. Company seemingly lacks strategy on how to embrace or compete with open-source competition that is eating its lunch. See above, and replace "open-source" with "cloud" Managers change metrics without warning then apply them without scrutiny. Layoffs are a regular occurrence, and they are no longer about removing weak performers.
