7yWe regret you had a negative experience at Teradata. An individual’s career path can develop and progress based on performance and personal goals. Employees have the opportunity to set their goals in Workday and discuss them with their manager. The change in the incentive bonus payment resulted in some overpayments to employees – which were the payments requested in accordance to the pro-rated amount. During project roll off’s, employees who don’t have direct involvement can develop themselves further by assisting in internal projects or attending Teradata University courses online.
