      good work life balance, never pressured to over work flexible work hours flexibility in selecting assignments and innovating lots of new technologies to work on knowledgeable and helpful colleagues

      benefits slightly lower compared to comparable jobs release cycle takes months to years, recent move towards agile process though

      Amazingly Flexible-- Terribly Boring

      Pros

      Everyone works remotely, so the work is incredibly flexible! You work what ever hours you need, and this enables total flexibility for personal life management. It's incredible how flexible the environment is. People are generally nice-- and have very long tenures. People are very loyal to the company.

      Cons

      Work is boring, people are committed to mediocre quality. Lots of time spent doing work that yields little or no benefit. I feel like I spend a lot of time doing busy work that means very little. Organization is also 100% sales driven, which limits its ability to be strategic or long range.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedule - may work from home. Co-workers are friendly and helpful. Lot's of opportunities to make a real contribution to the product. Job security - it's been a long time since the last layoff and there are always open job reqs.

      Cons

      Too many processes and procedures. E-mail is abused. Too many requests for help from managers and others reduces time for working on actual features, and may cause some stress.
