      Pros

      Teradata has a great product line, very intelligent workers, and tremendous focus on what it wants to do. Management is competent and focused.

      Cons

      Because of its roots with NCR the company is very conservative and risk averse. There are many managers who are afraid to make mistakes.

      Locational advantage, good technology and training

      Cons

      Rules very employee wise,Bad recognition of the work, No care for shift employees Unhygenic canteen without tea coffe in night and weekend, you canot even sit there.

      Top-Tier technology. Decent brand equity. Well seasoned professional services org.

      Cons

      Extremely long sales cycles. Mixed messages from mgmt to salesperson. That is, average deal takes 12-36 months. Pressure comes-down rather quickly for ALOT of activity compared to what is realistic.
