      Learning, working on latest technology, good leadership, great clients to work with, great exposure for analytics, good salary and benefits

      Cons

      If you don't like travel, this might not be a job for you. Requires at least 70% travel a year, Monday thru Thursday.

      Great co-workers, laid back, good work-life balance. Do your job well and you have a good deal of freedom.

      Overly process-driven, too many levels of management. Not focused on cutting-edge technology. Ineffective project management.

      Pros

      Strong CEO in place with great ideas. He knows how to lead a large company and is not afraid to make unpopular decisions if it will make the company successful. For the most part there is a good work life balance.

      Cons

      Some of upper management doesn't seem to have the same vision as the CEO. Sometimes there is conflicting information and it is confusing. Benefits are poor for a company this size.
