Great working environment and a good team spirit, combined with a decent compensation package. I am not regretting my decision to join Teradata and feel va.ued (which to me is very important)

A company that truly recognizes A+ players. Great way to find mentors and grow. The biggest plus is the Fortune customers are loyal to Teradata for their support/services and in general the utility of the product. That's the environment that's generally hard to get with other competitors. The leadership strives hard to keep up with the change in the market place as they still a bit old school in thinking (Can't blame the company - it's been around for so many years and also successful - why do you need to change ?)
