      Pros

      Good work/life balance for many. Good leadership team that cares about employees. Everybody at seems respectful to one another.

      Cons

      The company still needs work in better integration of different teams. More hierarchy than needed.

      A welcome challenge

      Pros

      The camaraderie at Teradata is unlike any other I've experienced. A friendly team and work environment that makes you happy to be at work, even when times are tough. I feel honestly inspired to do good, and challenge myself in new ways. I learn from the people around me, and love the "when the going gets tough, the tough get going" mentality.

      Cons

      We're going through a lot of change, and a lot of people are unhappy about it. Culture is shifting, but shouldn't it always? Teradata needs people who will roll up their sleeves and dig into problems, that might not be for everyone.

      Strong value proposition, incredible teaming - external and internal, re-inventive through transformation,

      1.) Sometimes we confuse "silo's" with not knowing who to call due to the significant changes, especially with our field teams. 2.) While we have a clear strategy, I suggest a stronger "roadmap" communication...Oliver hit it pretty good with the metric slide...and Uplevel
