Officially, Teradata uses a Pay for Performance philosophy that recognizes and rewards both team and individual results. All employees have a financial stake in the performance of our business. Teradata compares pay externally; determines compensation in recognition of performance and advancement; and maintains reward programs – including bonus incentives – aligned to company objectives in order to drive both individual accountability and business results.       Inconsistent Leadership, but Great Team Members

      Pros

      Great hiring brought about fantastic team members with loads of talent. Lots of employees demonstrate a willingness to step in as a team player in almost any project.

      Cons

      Pay ranges are far below market value, especially for a technology company. Inconsistent policies from management left the rest of us questioning the security of our jobs every 6-12 months.

      Great people Decent benfits Solid technology that they are trying to fit into a changing analytics landscape

      Cons

      Culture is changing. The company used to be much more people oriented and now are much more numbers-driven. The plans they have shared for company growth don't make sense.
