Pros

Great place to work for software development and expanding one's skillset in kernel development. Opportunity to learn from very skilled programmers.

Cons

Upper management is riddled with too many managers and useless positions. More transparency is needed for engineers input. The decision-making process for new products and R&D development needs to be revisited.
