      Pros

      It has great culture, management is very understanding and supportive. Great learning environment

      They only use native tools, no open source tools so the employees don’t get a lot of open source tools experience

      Pros

      There are some great people who work here that are very knowledgeable. There’s a nice mix of those who have been with the company for decades, mid career level, and entry level employees.

      Cons

      The rolling layoffs have made it a very stressful place to work. There is very little promotion from within the company and raises are minimal at best. New execs came in and hired their buddies into prominent positions rather than working and mentoring the existing staff.
