      Pros

      - Decent benefits that start on day 1 - Fully remote

      Cons

      - High leadership turnover with two upper management leaders changes during the first month and another the next month - High turnover for talent and no effort is made to keep said talent - Very toxic work environment with no willingness to address the employees causing issues. Verbally abusive middle and upper management - Poor work life balance - Constant changes in leadership and direction make it difficult to make long term development goals within the company

      One building has a new, open space with a gym downstairs.

      Cons

      Layoffs, lack of trust, constant changes in executive leadership, a CMO who rewards his favorite employees rather than top performers and an outdated company culture with no long-term DE&I initiatives.

      Located in San Diego California

      Cons

      During my first two years I had 5 different managers as my manager kept getting fired as part of workforce reductions. No direction. During my time there they brought in multiple new people in leadership and each one seems to be a miss. I'm not sure why they've retained some leadership team members which put the company in the bad position it's in now. This place is a dumpster fire.
