Pros
Great Technology. Had great employee base. Was a good company to work for at one period of time.
Cons
Too much changes. Company changed away from customers where it made it easier from certain customers to leave. Company too focused on preserving self image at top instead of being truthful to customers and work organic. Too over confident in a "Cloud" world where Oracle/SAP/AWS run this business.
