Nice place to work although company's business is under stress

Employee friendly policy. Perks and remuneration are on higher side as per industry standards.

Cons

Already mentioned in the headlines - business is under high stress due to low cost competitive products at-least they seem to be so against to the Teradata's reputation of being expensive. Lack of innovation in last few years have taken away the superiority edge.
