Pros

If you like challenges and to be part of a technical innovation team then Teradata is the place. Highly skilled colleagues with open and supporting mindset is the foundation for a workplace where you can grow and develop in the areas of your interests. This is the kind of workplace Teradata is. Very limited career management makes it possible to focus on developing specialist competence in many areas. Teradata is a multicultural organisation and enables many possibilities to exchange experiences around the globe.

Cons

Very limited career management. The traditional career ladder is not in focus. Almost impossible to find internal information unless you know the informal ways.

Office politics, nepotism, work in shifts.

Pros

1-Good work life balance 2-Good salary Package 3-Growth opportunity by technical trainings 4- Great work life balance and annual holidays

Cons

1- Slow to responding to changing market landscape which impacted revenues and share prices 2- Lacking innovation , Teradata was in position to be the best cloud services provider instead of one book store doing it , but management was complacent without any innovation culture.
