There are best minds in the industry working here. Great opportunity learn and explore new things.

Cons

Indian management is worsed, they dont understand what there team is responsible and criticality of their work. Forget about the pay increament, its only for managers and there close ones, doesnt matter with your performance if its good. But if performance is bad then then it does matters.
