Pros
Competitive pay, extremely nice and sharp co-workers. Engaging work, that makes you take pride in what you do and want to perform your best. Relatively lax office culture, as long as you get everything done on schedule.
Cons
The average age is so high it may isolate some fresh college grads. Very long term project planning, so it is hard to come up to speed if you arrive at the middle of one the cycles. Outsourcing of some development jobs makes communication slightly less smooth than it ought to be.
