Cons
Long hours, poor raises and few perks remain. Company has been in continual contraction since the tech boom and layoffs are all to commonplace. The market for this equipment is shrinking significantly and only experiences strong business after the rest of the semi market is growing steadily. Backend equipment is the last to experience growth and first to feel the effects of contraction.
