People are very friendly and helpful. Like a big family. Work life balance is achievable here.

Cons

Not really a con but could be for some... It’s not a startup type environment, so if you're looking for that fast paced, high adrenaline work environment this isn't it.

Stagnant and no room to be promoted.Niche industry..People who stayed there for 15,20,25 years doing the same IGXL domain.. Avg is 20 years.You need to upgrade and upskill on your own or stay there for life.
