solid business model and owned by a progressive organization good salaries and healthcare plans good incentive plans

ineffective senior management - totally isolated and arrogant HR management is totally absent - no support for managers and directors. authoritarian and dictatorial. no continuity in policies condescending in behavior Teranet management failed to capitalize on the fact that they 50 year exclusive contract with govt of Ontario. the management has failed miserably to innovate or to provide thought leadership
