Pros

Terillium is a small boutique Oracle consulting firm and privately owned. If you're a solid JDE consultant and like to work independently, and are not looking for much guidance or resources, Terillium is the place for you.

Cons

Terillium viewed all resources as money making machines. The mantra was bill. bill. bill! Under different life timing, perhaps our differences in approach may have been able to become more aligned.

Pros

A work-hard and play hard-culture, excellent compensation, a management team that really listens to the input of everyone who works here and the opportunitiy to work with and learn from the best consultants in the industry.

Cons

Travel can be hard, but that's part of the consulting industry. Terillium does what it can to assist consultants with work/life balance by providing things like 4 day work weeks for traveling consultants, bonuses for hours billed and the ability to earn extra days of vacation every quarter.

Pros

Easy hiring process; Terillium doesn't follow up on anything (on your resume) so almost anyone can get hired without trying too hard.

Cons

Refer to pros: almost anyone can get hired. I don't know if it's HR or if their potential pool of candidates is limited, but I know several of their employees say they have degrees on their resumes when they don't. It's very frustrating working with liars and people who pretend to be intelligent.
