Pros

Freedom to set your own work standards. Outside sales.

Cons

Favoritism kills any possibility towork here. Pressure every month to perform, some sales people who are there the longest receive leads outside of their territory to ensure their success. As you negotiate the price of service against competitors that are better priced your commission becomes smaller.

Pros

Only in office once a week. Use iPads to connect to emails and such while on the road. Create own schedule. Base pay is reasonable.

Cons

Commission is only 5%. Avg sale in Commercial is around $700. No residuals. Constant cold calling. Constant negativity and frustration. No marketing of services.

great money. i was in top 10 percent of SE region and made a lot of money

Cons

will steal your commisions, bosses have anger management issues. every where i go i run into former employees who had the same issues.
