Steady work, average pay, take truck home

Cons

Being worked to the bone , continuously increasing responsibilities but never any wage increases, act like your job is a debt collector, management makes false promises never follows through, pointless weekly meetings, never enough time allotted to complete stops, or perform regular truck Maitenance. No room for moving up in company.
