Make your own schedule. Health benefits Ability to grow communication skills. Can do more work to make more money

Cons

Management is hit or miss depending on the branch you work at. As a keyman you have to schedule all of your appointments by yourself and juggle making sales You do not get paid to make scheduling calls.
