Cons

Gotta have thick skin, some customers aren't so kind. Shifts change twice a year based on performance.

Horrible management at the ft myers branch. Greed and lack of structure or team work.

Cons

Bad management. Horrible pay. Long hours and weekends while management does the bare minimum and reap all the rewards that techs worked hard for
