Take home company vehicle saves on commute expenses Job security Company provides footwear

Cons

Pay was drastically reduced after acquisition by rentokil, new people don't even realize how they've been screwed Employees are micromanaged Sales heavily pushed Support employees installing sold products are not paid well so the work is frequently not done well Constant conflict mediation with customers either due to price increase or poorly performed work by support staff Call center is terrible at everything

Pros

- Company Vehicle - Pays for gas - Incentivies on Production and Completion of stops

Cons

- Micromanaging Management - Completing your route is not enough - Enforcing policy when it fits their needs but ignoring it when it doesn't serve them - Bonuses go unpaid most the time - They say get to Level 3 which pays more but make it impossible to achieve.
