Pros

They were about independence and building your own boom of business. That changed when they merged

Cons

No loyalty. Management being less about telling/resolving and more about micro managing. Commissions never paid correctly.

Pros

This is a great opportunity to hone in on your sales skills and master the craft. It makes you have to dig deep to find business in every day life and utilize your resources the best that you can.

Cons

They have a large market share with their national accounts. It takes away from a lot of the upfront business but there’s still a lot of business to be made.
